The Payer Forum creates opportunity for dialog between providers and payers, and aligns key payer issue outcomes with the strategic priorities of WMGMA. Participation is open to any WMGMA member, and is especially relevant for practice management professionals, coders/billers, and commercial and government payer representatives.

Questions can be submitted at any time on the WMGMA website. Questions should include all the information requested below to assure best response. Those submitting a question are asked to be available at the next meting to address any issues or further clarification needed when answers reviewed by the payer(s).
Questions received 30 days prior to scheduled Payer Forum meetings will be sent to the payers for their response. Answers will be reviewed together during committee meetings, and posted on the WMGMA website following the meeting.
Questions will be categorized into per-determined topics, and the discussion with providers will focus on these topics. A summary of the discussion will be available to the WMGMA membership through the website following the meeting.
